On June 2–3, 2025, Ms. Neda Ojdanic, CEO of the Anti-Doping Commission of Montenegro, visited NADA Austria in Vienna as part of an ongoing partnership. This working meeting marked another key step in CEADO’s mission to strengthen regional cooperation and support the development of sustainable anti-doping programs in central and eastern Europe.

The visit built upon previous initiatives launched by CEADO, including Chairman Michael Cepic’s visit to Montenegro in 2023 and continuous technical assistance provided by NADA Austria. During her stay in Vienna, Ms. Ojdanic engaged in in-depth sessions with key NADA Austria experts covering testing strategies, risk assessment, TUE procedures, education tools, and results management.

Particular highlights included practical insights into Austria’s national testing distribution planning, legal handling of analytical and non-analytical violations, and a guided tour of the Seibersdorf Doping Control Laboratory. There, Ms. Ojdanic exchanged directly with experts on chemical analytics and the Athlete Biological Passport system.

This visit reaffirmed CEADO’s core goal: to transform collaboration into actionable support. As CEADO Chair Michael Cepic stated, “By strengthening anti-doping organization's capabilities, we raise the standard for the entire region.”
