Through his many international functions, Joseph contributed to establishing anti-doping work worldwide. He was the founding Executive Director of the Institute of National Anti-Doping Organisations (iNADO) and supported the work of the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) and the International Paralympic Committee (IPC), among others.
In his functions, he supported anti-doping organisations all over the world and had a decisive influence on the development of clean sport.
