The World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) has developed a framework to educate staff from National Anti-Doping Organizations (NADOs) and International Federations. Member organizations from CEADO are actively involved in both development and implementation.

The Global Learning and Development Framework (GLDF) is one of WADA's key strategic priorities. The aim of the multi-year strategy is to provide support to anti-doping practitioners through role-specific training. .

The GLDF is conducted with the kind support of the Polish Anti-Doping Agency (POLADA). After the pilot phase in Europe, an in-depth evaluation will take place before the program is rolled out in Europe and other regions of the world. WADA is grateful for those participants attending the pilot training programs to help test these and improve, as WADA president Witold Bańka pointed out in a video on social media.

In a first step, working groups were formed in the areas of "data protection", "education", "intelligence & investigation", "communication and media work" and "results management". A total of 51 anti-doping experts from NADOs, sports organizations, the International Testing Agency, law firms and WADA were brought together.

As part of the pilot project in the field of "education", a total of 16 employees from NADOs and International Federations are currently participating. Two of the four trainers in this training are the Head of Information & Prevention at NADA Austria, Dr. David Müller and his Slovenian colleague, Dr. Nina Makuc. Since employees of the NADOs from Czech Republic, Poland, Serbia and Slovakia are also taking part in this pilot project, CEADO is represented with a total of six out of eight NADOs.
