The Central European Anti-Doping Organization (CEADO) supports the efforts of the Croatian National Anti-Doping Organization "Division for Anti-Doping of Croatian Institutes of Public Health" to achieve full legal independence to ensure the best possible protection of clean sport according to the principles of good governance, adequate and transparent financing and recognition.

The National Anti-Doping Agencies NADA Austria (Austria), CIPH (Croatia), HUNADO (Hungary), POLADA (Poland), ADAS (Serbia), SADA (Slovakia) and SLOADO (Slovenia) met at the founding meeting of CEADO in Budapest on 28. May 2019.CIPH's initiative is aimed at amending national legislation to better comply with the UNESCO Convention, the Council of Europe Convention and the World Anti-Doping Code to achieve the best possible protection of clean athletes.
