The visit opened with an official meeting with Georgian Minister of Sport Shalva Gogoladze. Discussions focused on strategic priorities, institutional capacity building, and the importance of cross-border collaboration to safeguard clean athletes. Both parties reaffirmed their commitment to maintaining strong institutional frameworks in line with World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) guidelines.
Following the government talks, Cepic met with the key staff and leadership of GADCEA. The session addressed core operational areas, including test distribution planning, prevention initiatives, and legal processing under the World Anti-Doping Code.
This exchange reflects CEADO’s core mission under its partnership framework with WADA—fostering regional solidarity, capacity building, and shared expertise among member and partner organizations.
