The discussion addressed current developments in international anti-doping work, the importance of independent control structures, and Austria’s role in the international anti-doping landscape. Both sides emphasized the importance of anti-doping efforts in order to sustainably safeguard the integrity of sport.
Discussions at NADA Austria headquarter highlighted the work of the WADA NADO Expert Advisory Group (EAG), chaired over the past three years by NADA Austria CEO Michael Cepic. The EAG plays a vital role in reinforcing the voice of National Anti-Doping Organizations within the World Anti-Doping Program.
